In 2004, UVic Business became the first business school in North America to introduce the concepts of sustainable business practice into the core curriculum.

The BCom program is uniquely designed so that you experience a real business environment, while you attain your formal academic foundation. You are strategically divided into cohort groups; and these group members become your team-mates for half of the year, and in many cases your friends for the rest of your academic experience.
